What are nicotine toothpicks?

A Picnic pick is a wooden toothpick infused with nicotine and flavor. You hold it or gently chew it the way you would any toothpick, and the flavor and nicotine release while it’s in your mouth. How do I use one?

Take a pick from the tube, put it in your mouth and hold or gently chew it. Move it around now and then. Start with one and see how you feel before reaching for another. When you’re done, throw it away where children and pets can’t reach it.

How long does a pick last?

There’s no set time — keep it in as long as you like. The flavor tells you how much is left; when it fades, the pick is done. There’s no need to chew hard, and the pick is not meant to be swallowed.

How much nicotine is in a pick?

Each Picnic pick is made to a labeled strength of 3mg, 6mg or 9mg of nicotine. How much you take in depends on how long you keep the pick in and how you use it.

Which strength should I start with?

If you’re new to nicotine toothpicks, start with 3mg. 6mg suits regular nicotine users who want more than 3mg, and 9mg is for experienced users. When in doubt, pick the smaller number. See how to choose your strength.

What flavors do you make?

Cool Mint (3mg, 6mg and 9mg), Sweet Whiskey (3mg) and Fire Cinnamon (3mg). Not sure which? Read the flavor guide.

What pack sizes are there?

Every flavor comes as a single tube of 20 picks, a 3-tube pack of 60, or a 5-tube pack of 100. The Variety Pack is one tube of everything: Fire Cinnamon, Sweet Whiskey, and Cool Mint in 3mg, 6mg and 9mg.

Are Picnic picks kosher?

Yes. Picnic is certified kosher under the supervision of the New Square Beth Din of Kashrus.

How should I store them?

Keep the tube closed, in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and pets.

Ordering

Do I need to be 21?

Yes. Federal law sets the minimum age for nicotine products at 21. You must confirm that you are 21 or older to enter this site and to complete a purchase, and we may ask for proof of age.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders of $25 or more — every 3-tube pack, 5-tube pack and the Variety Pack qualifies. Under $25, standard shipping is a flat $4.99. USPS Priority Mail is available as a paid option on any order. Details are on our shipping page.

Where do you ship, and how fast?

We ship to addresses in the United States from our fulfillment warehouse in New Jersey. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If we can’t ship to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Can I take Picnic on a plane?

Yes. Toothpicks aren’t restricted by the TSA, and nicotine products are allowed in carry-on and checked bags. Keep them in the tube. If you’re flying internationally, check the rules of the country you’re landing in — some restrict nicotine products. More in our travel guide.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Because Picnic is a consumable nicotine product, we can’t take back opened tubes. If your order arrives damaged, wrong or missing something, email hi@enjoypicnic.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
