Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship. Picnic ships to addresses in the United States. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in New Jersey. If we are unable to ship to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Shipping rates

• Orders of $25 or more: free standard shipping (USPS). Every 3-tube pack, 5-tube pack and the Variety Pack qualifies.
• Orders under $25: standard shipping, $4.99 flat (USPS, typically 2–5 business days in transit).
• In a hurry? USPS Priority Mail is available as a paid upgrade on any order; the rate is calculated at checkout from your address.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Age requirement

Picnic is a nicotine product for adults 21 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may require proof of age before shipping, and carriers may require an adult signature where the law requires it.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Email hi@enjoypicnic.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we’ll make it right. Because Picnic is a consumable nicotine product, opened tubes cannot be returned.
